Sugar Tree Farms: Rates and Reservation Policies

Reservation includes complete house with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, kitchen and dining area, as well as common areas. Also included is access to barn / kennel and outdoor properties. Access to the large storage barn is NOT included.  Additional fees may apply for groups greater than twelve (12) or for special services/events, e.g. large parties. Standard Rate

$250 per night with a two (2) night minimum stay

Peak Rate

$1,195/week (July - September)

Six (6) days, Five (5) nights for only $995.

Reservation Policies

Rates listed are subject to applicable sales tax and bed tax. Rates and taxes are subject to change. Our current tax rate is 7% sales tax and 3% lodging tax. All rates are listed in US dollars.

Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance from the first day of the month. Minimum stay of 2 nights required. Check In / Check Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Deviations from this may result in additional charges if not pre-approved.

Deposits

All reservations require an advance deposit of $200.00 payable by check, money order, or major credit card card (Mastercard and VISA only). Credit card is charged at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Reservations may be changed or canceled up to 30 days prior to your arrival date with a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations after 30 days forfeit the deposit.

Pets

Due to Ohio Law, pets are prohibited in guest rooms and common areas. All assistance dogs for visually, hearing, or orthopedically challed individuals are permitted in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991.
Pets may be kept in our kennel at no extra charge.
